I can't believe how poorly my return was handled. I sent back my coat on November 6th, and they received it on the 8th. I have proof of postage and tracking, yet I still haven’t been refunded. Their investigation team rejected the refund, claiming the coat was delivered fine, which doesn't make sense since they received it themselves. Customer service has been awful—slow, unhelpful, and nonexistent. I requested to speak with a manager, but no one got back to me. I felt ignored and left with no progress. I had to go through my bank to try to recover my money and now I'm waiting over 45 days for an investigation. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I will never order from them again. If you're returning items online, be warned: if anything goes wrong, you’ll be left fighting for your refund with no help from them.
