Nearly two years have passed, and I still do not have my pinboard. This represents a significant financial loss, along with the stress of pursuing a simple resolution. While the pinboard was initially appealing, the hassle has overshadowed its value. I strongly advise against engaging with this service, especially if any issues arise post-purchase.
