Since then, I have spent an excessive amount of time trying to get updates, often waiting months for responses that required multiple follow-ups. When I did receive replies, they were dismissive rather than helpful. It became clear that my issue was not a priority, and my emails were largely ignored. Nearly two years have passed, and I still do not have my pinboard. This represents a significant financial loss, along with the stress of pursuing a simple resolution. While the pinboard was initially appealing, the hassle has overshadowed its value. I strongly advise against engaging with this service, especially if any issues arise post-purchase.
