Extremely dissatisfied with the after-sales service

I am truly frustrated with my experience regarding the after-sales service. In 2024, I returned a large and costly pinboard (approximately 2 m × 0.7 m) for modifications to allow pin usage. I incurred significant courier fees (around £100) under the impression that the work would be completed and the board returned to me.
Since then, I've wasted an excessive amount of time trying to get updates. Responses often took months rather than days, necessitating repeated follow-ups from my side. When I did receive replies, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It became apparent over time that my request was either too burdensome or not prioritized, and instead of being forthright or resolving the issue, my emails were largely ignored.
Now, nearly two years later, I still do not have my pinboard. Given its size and cost, this has resulted in a significant financial loss, along with the stress and time spent seeking a simple resolution.
While the pinboard was initially appealing, it was absolutely not worth the trouble. Due to the unreliability, poor communication, and inadequate customer service, I would strongly advise against engaging with this company—especially if issues arise post-purchase.

Absence of customer service and significant delays

For those curious, the owner of this service is affiliated with another business. I resonate with the concerns raised by other reviewers. The customer service is dreadful—essentially nonexistent. I ordered frames and received no updates for weeks. My calls went straight to voicemail, and my emails were ignored. After reaching out on social media and sending a formal letter, I finally received my frames a week later. The business practices here are shockingly poor, and I would advise avoiding them entirely.

No response to my inquiry for information

I have faced the same issues as another reviewer. I left multiple voicemails asking for updates, but their inbox is now full, indicating they are not being listened to. I haven't received any replies to my emails either. Over £90 was taken from my account, and I am losing hope of receiving the product I was excited about. I regret not using my credit card for this purchase, and I will request a refund if there is still no contact, though I suspect that request will also go unanswered.

A complete disappointment...

A complete disappointment... I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. When I inquired about my order, I received a quick reply promising immediate action, but that was the last communication I had. None of my subsequent emails were answered, and my numerous calls went ignored. We had to obtain a refund from our credit card provider, which was promptly granted, so we did not incur a loss, but I would recommend others to read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered items in March, still waiting

I placed an order in March and by the end of August had yet to receive anything. I canceled my order and requested a refund, but two months later, I still have not seen anything. Each time they do respond to an email, it's just another excuse. Attempting to reach someone by phone is futile; they are always unavailable. Terrible service—avoid them at all costs.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. This group is completely unprofessional. I received multiple quotes for the same product and waited days for a callback. They claim to be an Irish company, yet payments go to a group in England. I was passed around with no one knowing their responsibilities, and they often claimed to be unavailable. I strongly advise avoiding this service. Ignore any responses claiming otherwise; months pass with no resolution.
