I am truly frustrated with my experience regarding the after-sales service. In 2024, I returned a large and costly pinboard (approximately 2 m × 0.7 m) for modifications to allow pin usage. I incurred significant courier fees (around £100) under the impression that the work would be completed and the board returned to me.
Since then, I've wasted an excessive amount of time trying to get updates. Responses often took months rather than days, necessitating repeated follow-ups from my side. When I did receive replies, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It became apparent over time that my request was either too burdensome or not prioritized, and instead of being forthright or resolving the issue, my emails were largely ignored.
Now, nearly two years later, I still do not have my pinboard. Given its size and cost, this has resulted in a significant financial loss, along with the stress and time spent seeking a simple resolution.
While the pinboard was initially appealing, it was absolutely not worth the trouble. Due to the unreliability, poor communication, and inadequate customer service, I would strongly advise against engaging with this company—especially if issues arise post-purchase.
