I am genuinely furious about the experience I had at the Offspring Supercharged Tour on November 14th at the London O2. I paid for premium seating in the Pepsi Deck — Section 102, Row ZZ, Seat 19 — and what I got was anything but premium. The view was completely blocked by the disabled bay in front. Not partially blocked. Not “slightly obstructed.” Completely. I spent the night kneeling on my stool just to see the stage. That is unacceptable at any price, let alone premium pricing. What makes me furious is the dishonesty. These seats should clearly be sold as restricted view, because that’s exactly what they are. Pretending otherwise is unfair and misleading to customers who expect a proper view of the show they’ve paid for. This isn’t a small oversight — it’s a major problem, and the O2 needs to fix it. Until then, I strongly advise anyone considering these seats to avoid them entirely. Don’t pay premium money for a seat that doesn’t even offer a basic, unobstructed view.
