I booked a ticket to see a band at O2 Arena London at £150. Two weeks prior to the concert O2 Arena had still not published show start or end times, meaning I couldn't arrange travel in and out of London. I tried to contact the venue but the published phone number does not work and the contact form resulted in a template response basically saying 'we dont know when shows start or end'. Insane. Also no rucksacks, no water bottles and no food can be taken in. I was traveling from the midlands. Do they expect all their customers live locally?So I had no alternative but to sell my ticket as I had no way of knowing whether I could make the last train out of Paddington in time. Never again O2 Arena.
