Theo is very clever and a very mature person for his age, as well as being a nice dudeTheo helped my a lot on my way . The path from top-class sport to a therapist at a very young age has certainly helped him. Despite my initial skepticism, I have learned a lot about nutrition and am convinced of the Anthony William method. Theo has motivated me several times to go through the very complex and not exactly cheap therapy for almost a year now. I couldn't have done it without his help. But conviction, resistance and an iron will are absolute basic requirements. But I still have a long way to go to get my autoimmune disease better into the reef. It will probably take about 3 years to get better. Setbacks have to be taken into account.

Theo Bergmann is the founder of Theo Bergmann Health Coaching. For more than four years, he has been guiding professionals and business owners who struggle with fatigue, brain fog, and other chronic health challenges. His work centers on nutrition, supplements, and cleansing strategies that support the body’s natural ability to function at its best. He also places a strong emphasis on improving sleep quality, reducing everyday toxic exposures, and creating lifestyle habits that align with both health and high performance.
While many of Theo’s clients come to him with chronic fatigue and brain fog, he also works with individuals dealing with skin issues, hormonal imbalances, joint discomfort, thyroid concerns, recurring infections, and sleep difficulties. His approach is designed not only for people managing long-term health concerns but also for those who want to increase their energy, clarity, and performance in their careers.
Theo’s journey into coaching was shaped by his own experience. As a former professional soccer player in Germany, he knows the demands of performing at the highest level. During his career, he struggled with severe fatigue and brain fog that made it increasingly difficult to compete. Despite visiting countless doctors and practitioners, he found no lasting relief. This led him on a path of self-study, research, and practical application—ultimately allowing him to regain his health and resilience.
In 2022, Theo decided to step away from professional soccer to dedicate himself fully to coaching. Since then, he has been supporting people who feel drained, unfocused, or stuck—helping them explore new ways to rebuild their energy and create sustainable improvements in their daily lives.See more
