I am truly disappointed with my experience. The website appeared polished and gave me confidence to order, but the reality has been completely different. I placed my order on 8 October, and it didn’t arrive until 30 October, which was far longer than expected. When it finally arrived, the chair was broken and clearly not refurbished. I contacted the company right away, and they arranged for a return collection, which I appreciated. However, after being told the refund would be processed within 10 working days, that timeframe has passed, and I’ve heard nothing since. I've emailed multiple times and tried calling without success. I'm now forced to raise a credit card dispute. It's been a frustrating experience, and I feel misled. I wish I had checked other reviews before ordering.
