I agreed with The Office Crowd to cancel my order, and they confirmed this. Yet despite that, I have not received my refund. Since then, the company has gone completely silent – they have stopped replying to my emails and have ignored all attempts at contact.
This is unacceptable business practice. When a company promises a refund, they must honor it. Instead, I have been left out of pocket and forced to escalate the matter by reporting them as fraudulent to my bank.
Trust is the foundation of any customer relationship, and The Office Crowd has broken that trust entirely. Their lack of transparency and refusal to communicate shows a disregard for customers.

I am truly disappointed with my experience. The website appeared polished and gave me confidence to order, but the reality has been completely different. I placed my order on 8 October, and it didn’t arrive until 30 October, which was far longer than expected. When it finally arrived, the chair was broken and clearly not refurbished. I contacted the company right away, and they arranged for a return collection, which I appreciated. However, after being told the refund would be processed within 10 working days, that timeframe has passed, and I’ve heard nothing since. I've emailed multiple times and tried calling without success. I'm now forced to raise a credit card dispute. It's been a frustrating experience, and I feel misled. I wish I had checked other reviews before ordering.
