Customer service was really poor, had been played about many times and zero to little communication unless it was when I was purchasing the chair, that was the only time they had shown much interest or bothered to reply.They had not kept me updated with delivery times after I specifically asked twice (as I was getting 26 chairs delivered to an office). They also delivered 6 chairs that were faulty. They then took ages to deliver new chairs and collect the old faulty ones, again not updating me on when delivery and collection would be, or sending someone to collect on the days I specifically mentioned I would not be in. I then ordered another chair and have had the same issue, no apologies, no sense of urgency.Not somewhere I would recommend, especially if you are an office/business, it's not worth the hassle and lack of communication from them. We need more chairs but have decided to take our business elsewhere.
