As an Octaplus customer being migrated to the one broadband, it’s been a complete nightmare, had drop outs on 30/3/26, no internet for 4 days now. It’s 3/4/26 today. Totally unacceptable, customer service seems to be non existent, called numerous times, sent emails, but no answers. Not been told what the actually problem is, sick of it now. I would like to cancel and go elsewhere, because it’s a complete joke.
Update: everything is up and running, a good chap called Kevin helped me get back online, the call lasting 45+ mins, very helpful and patient guy. Also got a call from someone from one broadband to apologise, so I’m very grateful for that.
