Review Time
From the very beginning, the whole experience felt easy and well looked after. Every time I contacted customer support, they were friendly, patient, and quick to help. I never felt like I was being passed around or left waiting for answers everything was explained clearly and handled smoothly. The installations team were just as impressive. They turned up on time, were polite and respectful in my home, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They even took a few extra minutes to walk me through the setup and check that I was happy with the connection.
No response from support after multiple emails to them. Also emailed them 2 months ago for another issue and that was ignored. Also unprofessional responses on these reviews, always trying to shift blame onto the userEdit: case in point with the very weird response I just got. Do they hire some 15 year old girl with an attitude as their customer support? Dropped to 1* Edit2 in response to their edit: Actually I’ve got plenty of places to go, namely the ICO to complain about you breaching GDPR(uh oh!). And then maybe the civil courts to discuss you lying about my payments - which by the way have all been paid, (and would have been more timely if you’d bothered to respond to my emails or let me know the direct debit wasn’t working). and don’t bother editing your replies - I’ve screenshotted it all. Edit3: You really don’t know when to stop digging do you? Can you confirm right now for us all to see that you are saying I owe you money? Please do so I can get even more evidence of your lies. And yes, what I said logically stands up to anyone with more than 5 brain cells. Better start looking for another job soon Ms. Customer Service BotEdit4: Notice how you didn’t confirm that I owe you money (because you can’t) and resorted to such a silly response. I recommend you don’t make up lies about your customers in your future jobs ms customer service bot, if you’re able to get one! Don’t stress out too much over the all trouble you’re about to get in :). BTW everyone can see how you report all your 1* reviews and respond with obvious lies in an attempt to manipulate your trustpilot score and disparage anyone who leaves you a bad review.
All working well. Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately I had to phone through to find out how to install the booster as the installation engineers didn't seem to have been given the information to enable them to do it. Having said that I was given excellent instructions by phone enabling me to do it. We now have a great signal all over the house.
Unfortunately, my experience with The One Broadband has been really disappointing. We’ve been without Internet for four days now (and counting), and there’s absolutely no way to contact anyone for support over the weekend or outside standard hours. While the customer service team are pleasant enough, nothing actually gets resolved. We’re repeatedly told that an engineer will call within a couple of hours, but the call never comes. I honestly can’t wait for our contract to end so we can move elsewhere.
Terrible!!! Don’t even waste your time on this nonsense company I wasted my day waiting for installation but no one came then I rang the company to find out what happened they were rude and abusive to me . I gave up then today Monday I rang them reluctantly to help me with an excuse that someone will ring me to update but then no response at all .Just wrote a cancellation email and I have no time with this awful service and scam company.Trust me don’t waste your time and energy it’s all bullshit ‼️‼️‼️
