Shocking. I was migrated over from Octaplus. Not only did I have zero communication this was happening but the support is non existent and is just a automated message that cuts you off. Previously at the beginning I spoke to a lady on the front desk she passed my details on and zero communication after 6 phone calls and leaving my name, number and email.
I have emailed their support. Nothing back
The speeds are lower the connection has been unstable and the agreed Static ip i had with octaplus hasn't been applied still.
