Unfortunately, my experience with The One Broadband has been really disappointing. We’ve been without Internet for four days now (and counting), and there’s absolutely no way to contact anyone for support over the weekend or outside standard hours. While the customer service team are pleasant enough, nothing actually gets resolved. We’re repeatedly told that an engineer will call within a couple of hours, but the call never comes. I honestly can’t wait for our contract to end so we can move elsewhere.
