Lack of Customer Service

There is no customer service available. I am still waiting for an order placed on the 31st of October, which has been stuck in transit since the 5th of November. I logged four cases, but received no response. The chat feature only connects to a chatbot. I feel scammed out of over 50 euros. I advise staying away!
