Received Incorrect Items with No Assistance

I ordered several sets of items but got something entirely different. The customer support has been nonexistent; I filled out the form on the website, and after 48 hours, I still haven't heard back. I also tried calling, which cost me several euros since the number is in the US and they lack a European contact. When I selected the option for order issues, I waited a long time only for the call to drop. I called again, this time for product advice, and someone answered quickly, but they couldn't assist me and said the dedicated team was unavailable. This service is incredibly disappointing. I'm really frustrated and hope to get a response soon. In 2025, such a system is unacceptable—especially for a company of this size. I cannot recommend it at all.

I experienced a problem with my order, but it was rectified within a week. Initially, I was a bit frustrated due to the complicated return policy compared to other platforms, but within a week, I received a refund without having to return the incorrect items. Lack of Customer Service

There is no customer service available. I am still waiting for an order placed on the 31st of October, which has been stuck in transit since the 5th of November. I logged four cases, but received no response. The chat feature only connects to a chatbot. I feel scammed out of over 50 euros. I advise staying away!

Pleasant Experience

I was a bit worried after placing my order due to negative reviews. However, having used the products for some time, this was my first direct order. I ordered on the 17th of November and received it on the 20th of November via Royal Mail. It was well-packaged and exactly what I ordered. I'm a happy customer!

Where is My Order?

Where is my order? I reached out to customer service via email and left a voice message, but no one has responded. The phone line doesn’t work. My order was created on the 15th of November, and tracking indicates it was delivered on the 14th of November. I have all the screenshots. Please provide an explanation. Very Disappointing Experience

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received anything. When I sought help, the only responses I received were automated chatbot messages that did not address my issue. I would rather pay more for a brand that values customer support. I will not shop here again and certainly do not recommend it.

Missing Promotional Gift and Order Handling Issues

I saw a promotion stating that any purchase made before a certain date would include a free serum. However, when my order arrived, the gift was not included. I reported it on the same day I received the package. A few days later, I received a response stating that if the item was missed in shipping, I would need to make another purchase to receive the free gift. This doesn’t make sense, as I only made my purchase because of the promotion. Just a reminder to everyone—double-check your orders as there seem to be many mistakes and missing items.
