Received Incorrect Items with No Assistance

I ordered several sets of items but got something entirely different. The customer support has been nonexistent; I filled out the form on the website, and after 48 hours, I still haven't heard back. I also tried calling, which cost me several euros since the number is in the US and they lack a European contact. When I selected the option for order issues, I waited a long time only for the call to drop. I called again, this time for product advice, and someone answered quickly, but they couldn't assist me and said the dedicated team was unavailable. This service is incredibly disappointing. I'm really frustrated and hope to get a response soon. In 2025, such a system is unacceptable—especially for a company of this size. I cannot recommend it at all.
