***Update... The support team replied and after an investigation, there was an issue with the courier. They were very apologetic and processed a full refund. They mentioned that if the goods arrive in the meantime, to accept them as a gift. Very good customer service and follow-up. Thus, I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I placed an order on November 1st, scanned for departure on November 5th, but I still haven't received my items while payment was taken in full. I emailed support and only got an automated reply. I used to be a regular customer, but I won't order again.
