My review keeps getting taken down. I bought an anti-aging duo from a social media shop. After just one use, my skin became red, hot, and severely blistered. The support team asked me to complete a questionnaire for further investigation. The next day, I received a response stating, 'sorry this happened, stop using it, but we take no responsibility.' I'm not alone in experiencing this reaction, yet they continue to remove reviews.
It was difficult to place my order, and after it was completed, I received no confirmation email and my order isn't in my history, although the payment was taken from my account. I'm uncertain if I should wait or cancel with my bank. I submitted a claim but received no response. Customer support was unhelpful, stating no one is available.
Initially, the courier left my order while I was out and signed with my name, even though I wasn't home. Fortunately, I found it, but one of the boxes was different from what I ordered and was empty! I attempted to contact them through the form and live chat, but the chat keeps saying no one is available (I waited 5 hours yesterday and still got no one). They haven't replied to my emails. I demand a refund or the missing item. Edit: After this review, which seems to be the only way to contact them, they emailed me asking if I wanted a refund or a reshipment. I opted for the item, and it arrived today, all good. Still, I won't change my rating as it's absurd to have to leave a bad review to get a response. Thanks for the item, though.
On November 12th, I placed an order but received no confirmation email. The order doesn’t show in my account, yet payment has been deducted. I've tried contacting customer service, but it's nearly impossible. The only options are chat or phone. The chat has given the same automated message for three days: 'Apologies, no agents online.' Calling provides no help either. I'm left with no choice but to reach out here. Can someone please contact me to resolve this? Edit November 16th: It's now three days after their reply, and still no contact to fix this issue. Can someone please reach out on Monday 17th? This is unacceptable.
I placed my order and it was marked ready for dispatch a couple of days later, but I received no updates after that. Two weeks later, after many attempts to contact them, I still haven’t heard back and have no order. I'm very frustrated. I used to love this brand, but due to this experience, I won’t be using their products anymore and will share my negative experience.

***Update... The support team replied and after an investigation, there was an issue with the courier. They were very apologetic and processed a full refund. They mentioned that if the goods arrive in the meantime, to accept them as a gift. Very good customer service and follow-up. Thus, I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I placed an order on November 1st, scanned for departure on November 5th, but I still haven't received my items while payment was taken in full. I emailed support and only got an automated reply. I used to be a regular customer, but I won't order again.
On November 1st, I placed an order on the website. The payment went through, but I received no confirmation and nothing appeared in my account, so I thought the payment didn’t go through. On November 3rd, I ordered again, which was confirmed (Order No. 21941091). Later, I checked my bank and saw I was charged €87.01 twice — once on Nov 1st and once on Nov 3rd. I've sent 5-6 messages to customer support (via email, web form, and social media) and haven’t received a reply. I just want a refund for the extra €87.01 taken on November 1st for an order that never existed. I have screenshots of both payments ready to share. If I don’t get a response soon, I will have to contact my bank and consumer protection services. It's disappointing to experience such silence from support.
I can't create an account or place an order as I keep getting a message saying 'sorry, there was a problem.' I've tried over several days. No one answers on live chat, and it's impossible to reach anyone if you're in the UK. Edit: Every time I try to live chat, it says no agents are available and calling just keeps me on hold. This discourages me from ordering at all in case I encounter an issue and can't reach someone.
They shipped via a courier, but there was a mistake with the address provided. After contacting the courier, I learned that the sender does not allow pickup point redirection. The package was left in front of my building in an unsafe area and was stolen. I emailed right away but only got an automated response. When I tried to call, I was told they were closed for holidays without any reopening date. My first experience with this brand was great, but now I've faced my first stolen package and had to file a complaint with my credit card.
