Initially, the courier left my order while I was out and signed with my name, even though I wasn't home. Fortunately, I found it, but one of the boxes was different from what I ordered and was empty! I attempted to contact them through the form and live chat, but the chat keeps saying no one is available (I waited 5 hours yesterday and still got no one). They haven't replied to my emails. I demand a refund or the missing item. Edit: After this review, which seems to be the only way to contact them, they emailed me asking if I wanted a refund or a reshipment. I opted for the item, and it arrived today, all good. Still, I won't change my rating as it's absurd to have to leave a bad review to get a response. Thanks for the item, though.
