On November 12th, I placed an order but received no confirmation email. The order doesn’t show in my account, yet payment has been deducted. I've tried contacting customer service, but it's nearly impossible. The only options are chat or phone. The chat has given the same automated message for three days: 'Apologies, no agents online.' Calling provides no help either. I'm left with no choice but to reach out here. Can someone please contact me to resolve this? Edit November 16th: It's now three days after their reply, and still no contact to fix this issue. Can someone please reach out on Monday 17th? This is unacceptable.
