On November 1st, I placed an order on the website. The payment went through, but I received no confirmation and nothing appeared in my account, so I thought the payment didn’t go through. On November 3rd, I ordered again, which was confirmed (Order No. 21941091). Later, I checked my bank and saw I was charged €87.01 twice — once on Nov 1st and once on Nov 3rd. I've sent 5-6 messages to customer support (via email, web form, and social media) and haven’t received a reply. I just want a refund for the extra €87.01 taken on November 1st for an order that never existed. I have screenshots of both payments ready to share. If I don’t get a response soon, I will have to contact my bank and consumer protection services. It's disappointing to experience such silence from support.
