I am absolutely furious with my recent experience with The Ordinary. My last three orders have been a complete disaster. The previous two orders were delivered to a pickup point instead of my home address. While I was at least provided with tracking information on those occasions, this time, I never received any tracking details at all for my order.Only after I contacted customer service did I find out that my package (order 19610386) is being returned to the warehouse because the UPS courier supposedly couldn’t deliver it. This is beyond frustrating, especially since I’ve been home for the entire month and available to receive the delivery.The complete lack of communication and failure to deliver my order is unacceptable. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I will seriously reconsider making any future purchases from this company.
