I bought a few items on November 23rd and I didn’t receive anything yet. I had to open an investigation with Canada Post, because there was a tracking number; after the investigation, they found out that my items were not shipped. I have opened 2 complaints on the website and they’re always saying that will get back to me in 2-3 business days- WHICH HAVEN’T HAPPENED. I had to open another complaint today, because it’s UNACCEPTABLE that a company as The Ordinary can’t figure out how to fix the issue.I’m starting to believe that they are scammers and might have to go to my bank and open a dispute to get my money back.
