Using UPS in the UK simply doesn't work! Waited for nearly a month and got nothing from them, going back and forth with me going to the pick up point and Ordinary telling me its at the pickup point. It's clearly evident from the review on Trustpilot that everyone here is complaining about the same thing. Also, it's clear ordinary doesn't care about customer satisfaction here. Upon telling them I wanted to complain, they both ignored me and fail to knowledge that I actually went to the pick up point. Do we have the same understanding of what is a pick up point?
