I ordered several items ten days before Christmas with a promise of three-day shipping. Now it's the day before Christmas and the tracking shows the package is still in Arizona while I'm in Ohio. I've sent multiple emails and direct messages to the seller, but have received no replies. I'm about to leave the state for Christmas without the gifts and am now rushing to find replacements. If the items do eventually arrive, I'll have to deal with returning them or dispute the charge with my credit card company. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
