I ordered several items 10 days before Christmas with a promised 3-day shipping. Now, it's just one day before Christmas, and the tracking indicates the package is still in Arizona while I'm in Ohio. I've reached out to the seller multiple times via email and direct messaging, but received no response. I'm about to leave the state for the holidays without the gifts and now have to rush to find replacements. If the items ever arrive, I'll face the hassle of returning them, or I'll need to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience.

I placed an order on November 15, 2025. The website stated that products ship within 2-3 days and I received a tracking number immediately. However, the tracking indicated that my item was not shipped. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for the product. I emailed for an update, but never got a response. This will be my last purchase through social media platforms. UPDATE: The tracking info claims my order was held at my local post office at my request, which is untrue. I visited the post office and discovered that the tracking number was reused and there’s no package for me. The clerk warned me this is common with scam companies and suggested I dispute the charge with my bank. I advise others to avoid this seller.
I ordered a flying orb for my son for Christmas. It worked initially but then stopped functioning. I emailed the company on Christmas evening, and by December 26, a replacement was in my mailbox! I've never experienced such outstanding customer service before. What a fantastic company!
