I ordered an orb ball on December 13, 2023, with the website assuring me there was inventory available in the U.S. and reasonable delivery times. However, I received a notification claiming the item was delivered, but it wasn't. I didn’t get a confirmation or a tracking number from the postal service. I've sent three emails and filled out their contact form multiple times with no response. I did my research before ordering and they seemed trustworthy. This situation feels like a scam.
