I purchased a puzzle from theory 11 and finally got to putting it together. Lo and behold, it turns out there was a piece missing. I figured it was a long shot but I emailed the company to see if it could be replaced by any chance and while they confirmed they could not replace the individual piece, they offered to replace the entire puzzle free of charge. I will admit that I saw the puzzle locally after I purchased it from theory 11 and was a little disappointed because I didn't realize I could have had it sooner. However in retrospect, I am beyond grateful that I purchased it from the company directly. Their customer service has been incredibly fast, polite, and they have gone above and beyond. I look forward to being able to purchase more products from them in the future!
