I'm not sure if this will go out to the company, but I wanted to give a MASSIVE thank-you to theory11 for their AMAZING customer service! My daughter received a theory11 puzzle for her birthday(Stranger Things), and I'm not sure if, in the process of putting the puzzle together, we lost a piece or if it just got left out(not likely in my opinion). Sad to think 1 piece could ruin a whole puzzle but, eh, if you do puzzles like we do, it was the end of the world! I reached out to theory11 hoping to get just the one missing piece, but alas, each puzzle is different. I figured that would be the end of it, and we would just need to accept defeat and get a new puzzle ourselves. NOPE! The amazing rep Mandy, whom I had previously reached out to, offered to either give us 50% off a new puzzle or send us another of the Stranger Things puzzles we had completed. We took her up on the replacement, and today we received it in the mail! You have a lifetime customer from my family(already bought 2 more puzzles). Not only are your puzzles the best I've ever done, but your customer service is amazing too! Thank you and Mandy again for all your help!

I’ve never faced an issue before, but my recent order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address by the carrier. I contacted the support team, and within a few hours, they had a replacement on the way. Today, the team was exceptionally courteous and helpful in resolving my issue, prompting me to take a moment to express my appreciation. I purchased a puzzle from theory 11 and finally got to putting it together. Lo and behold, it turns out there was a piece missing. I figured it was a long shot but I emailed the company to see if it could be replaced by any chance and while they confirmed they could not replace the individual piece, they offered to replace the entire puzzle free of charge. I will admit that I saw the puzzle locally after I purchased it from theory 11 and was a little disappointed because I didn't realize I could have had it sooner. However in retrospect, I am beyond grateful that I purchased it from the company directly. Their customer service has been incredibly fast, polite, and they have gone above and beyond. I look forward to being able to purchase more products from them in the future!
Really great puzzles and wonderful support team. I recently purchased the Hogwards puzzle by Theory11 - absolutely loved it. Definitely would like to puzzle it again. I had an unexpected issue though, but the support team solved it wonderfully. Will definitely shop here again for presents and further puzzles.
