Their website is a pain to navigate, the login page is all the way at the bottom of the page. If you click to another page there is no way to get to the account page. Easiest way to get to the account page is through your email link, if saved the email.At the account menu there is no option to cancel subscription. The faqs on their website don't say how to cancel. I had to google the exact faq page because it is not accessible via their website. There is a link that says to log in and self cancel but the link is broken and doesn't work.
