Awful customer service. Two rented vehicles, two flat tires, and one dead battery. No spare tires available. The tire service didn’t even have the correct tire! Avoid this company to save money and stress. We lost two days of travel and had to spend extra to return to London. We had to leave the vehicle as it was undriveable. Their response was to waive the fuel refill charge, which was useless since we couldn’t drive it to refill!
