Extremely disappointing service. We rented two vehicles, faced two flat tires, and one dead battery. There were no spare tires available, and the tire service didn't have the correct tire! Save yourself time and money, and avoid this company. We lost two days of travel and incurred additional costs to return to London. We had to abandon the vehicle since it was undriveable. Their only response was to waive the fuel refill charge, which was pointless as we couldn’t even drive the car to refuel!
