No product. No replacement. No real solution. Just silence wrapped in polite corporate jargon. This is not merely a logistics issue - it reflects a fundamental failure in accountability and customer support. If a confirmed and paid order can simply vanish without resolution, customers should think twice about trusting this service. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
