Returns from overseas are a headache.
Firstly, the app glitched whilst requesting the return, so I had to cancel the return through customer services to start again. This was real a headache! Initial emails answered by bots, who didn't understand the issue or questions raised and responded with gibberish. Then toll free numbers wouldn't work because I was travelling by this point. I was only able to finally get through using the chat agent on the website. And that only got me as far as canceling the attempt so I can try again.
Secondly, the return instructions are really unclear and contradict instructions stated on the site vs otehr emails. (E.g. I need to print FIVE copies of the return label, vs I need to print THREE copies of an invoice form and attach them to the box... if I don't get it right, customs will be a problem. But which is it?)
Finally, one of the hyperlinks in the return instructions take me to a UK site of DHL - which is not what I need to connect with, when trying to make a return from overseas. The other hyperlink takes me to a global site to book a DHL parcel from, but from scratch - which again is not what I need, as the Outnet return instructions say I have a pre paid label. How am I meant to complete the booking? Now I am now lost and still trying to make this return happen.
I will not be ordering again.
