From start to finish our experience with the Owl Centre can only be described as excellent. From the initial contact form through to receiving feedback and diagnosis, the whole process was carried out with care, professionalism and friendliness. Every email was answered, no question too small or too silly, and each answer was polite and helpful. The reminders for meetings or to return forms were frequent enough to be helpful (and very welcome!) but were also not too often or unnecessary. The assessment forms were very thorough, asked all the right questions and made us consider points we hadn't really thought about. They didn't feel intrusive or "too much" and were very easy to fill out online.Our face to face online meetings were conducted with absolute professionalism and we felt very safe and heard. They were actually a lot of fun, surprisingly, as our clinician was just so lovely! She really seemed to understand us and we didn't feel rushed or stressed at all. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the Owl Centre for assessing potential neurodiversity. The process was fast, friendly, efficient and productive. Should I ever need a similar service in the future, I wouldn't even consider anywhere else.
