I ordered what were presented as premium magnetic boxes, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The boxes arrived damaged, poorly constructed, and emitted a strong odor of cheap glue — completely unusable for any professional setting. When I tried to resolve the issue, the communication was vague. While looking for another supplier, I found another company with similar details. When I inquired about the connection, my question was initially sidestepped. Only after pressing did they reveal that the companies are linked. This lack of transparency was very concerning. Given the poor product quality, misrepresentation of goods, and communication issues, I cannot recommend either company. I am currently seeking a full refund and have made it clear that I will escalate to legal action if necessary. If you need reliable, high-quality packaging or transparent communication, I suggest looking elsewhere.
