I ordered what were claimed to be premium magnetic boxes, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The boxes arrived damaged, poorly constructed, and emitted a strong odor of cheap glue — making them completely unsuitable for any professional use. When I tried to address the issue, the communication was vague. While looking for another supplier, I found another company with similar details. When I inquired about their connection, my question was initially sidestepped. It was only after pressing further that they admitted the companies are linked. This lack of clarity was very troubling. Considering the poor product quality, misrepresentation, and communication problems, I cannot recommend either business. I am currently seeking a full refund and have stated that I will pursue legal action if needed. If you need dependable, high-quality packaging or clear communication, I suggest exploring other options.

The boxes are fantastic in meeting my requirements, and the design I requested was executed perfectly. Quick delivery and honest representatives. I highly recommend them. I will definitely work with them again. Thank you for the excellent customer service. 5 stars!
Do not rely on this company to meet your expectations or to handle the complaints you will likely have regarding their terrible service. It took four days for their fulfillment team to confirm that they hadn't even received the package from another supplier. I made alternative arrangements and called their customer service, who initially seemed apologetic and helpful. They promised an immediate refund and a confirmation email. More than 24 hours later, I have received nothing — no credit, no confirmation of refund. Now I have to chase these unprofessional representatives again!
I did not purchase from the company so I cannot comment on quality. I requested a quote for a product advertised at 'from 56p'; however, my quote came out to nearly £10.00 per box for a small size (12x12 cm). I understand I only asked for 50 and the quote included VAT, but going from 56p to £10.00 is outrageous.
This was the second project we've collaborated on, and once again, the boxes turned out beautifully. The colors are perfect and match the previous branded box. Great service from the team, who are always available to answer questions and guide you through the process. I would highly recommend this service and will be working with them again in the future.
