The boxes arrived damaged, poorly constructed, and emitted a strong odor of cheap glue — making them completely unsuitable for any professional use. When I tried to address the issue, the communication was vague. While looking for another supplier, I found another company with similar details. When I inquired about their connection, my question was initially sidestepped. It was only after pressing further that they admitted the companies are linked. This lack of clarity was very troubling. Considering the poor product quality, misrepresentation, and communication problems, I cannot recommend either business. I am currently seeking a full refund and have stated that I will pursue legal action if needed. If you need dependable, high-quality packaging or clear communication, I suggest exploring other options.
