I have sent multiple emails and contacted customer support regarding a return for a box that was sent to me. I have received no replies, which shows very poor customer service. I hope to hear back soon, as it has been over a week since my first inquiry. I have valid reasons for this request and feel that my experience does not meet your usual standards.
