High prices and unprofessional service

The prices for these boxes are excessively high, and the staff is unprofessional, often rude and unresponsive to simple inquiries. This service has considerable room for improvement.

Lovely box but poor delivery

The box itself was wonderful. However, the delivery service was subpar. They claimed to have attempted delivery, but two people were home all day. The package was left at a collection point that was inconvenient. My daughter had to take a taxi, and the first attempt was a failure due to not having the necessary invoice notice number. It took another taxi ride to finally collect it. The delivery issues completely spoiled what was meant to be a nice surprise. I won't be using that delivery service again.

Fantastic delivery to Australia

Ordering from the platform was a breeze, and the delivery was incredibly fast. It arrived well before expected with DHL. I was so impressed that I ordered again for delivery to Australia, eagerly anticipating the same smooth experience for the self-made Christmas box. I would recommend this service without hesitation; they are highly professional.

Paid extra for delayed delivery

I paid for an express delivery for my brother's birthday gift, which was an additional cost of 20 euros! It was supposed to arrive within 1 to 2 working days, ideally on his birthday. I confirmed this with customer service online. I later found out that Saturdays are not included, which seems unreasonable for such an expensive express service. Now, the package won't arrive until after his birthday.

Excellent service for paddy box

I booked a paddy box over the phone on a Thursday for a friend in Cyprus, and it arrived on Saturday. Absolutely fantastic service! I will definitely use this service again!

Lack of response for return request

I have sent multiple emails and contacted customer support regarding a return for a box that was sent to me. I have received no replies, which shows very poor customer service. I hope to hear back soon, as it has been over a week since my first inquiry. I have valid reasons for this request and feel that my experience does not meet your usual standards.
