Started off well — customer service was quick and helpful, and my order was confirmed the same day. The order itself was clearly acknowledged, and I was reassured that the warehouse would be contacted to ensure everything was processed smoothly.
Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Just as I was expecting delivery, I was asked to reconfirm details that had already been agreed. When I followed up — as I need the item by the weekend — I was told I could simply cancel and shop locally instead, which wasn’t helpful.
I was also told that multiple attempts had been made to contact me, which isn’t true.
