Exceptional experience from start to finish

The entire experience was excellent, from the ease of placing the order to the shipping and delivery, I couldn't find any issues with the process. I was informed at every step. The paint I received for my kitchen cabinet doors was of outstanding quality, and I appreciated the usage advice provided. Highly recommend.

Quality paint

The interior emulsion paint is fantastic, and the all-purpose primer works really well. I found the SCUFF-x a bit thick, likely due to its scuff-proof nature.

Very disappointing

I’m quite disappointed with my overall experience. I ordered from this company due to their good reputation and promised next-day delivery, which I needed for my plans. Unfortunately, the item didn’t arrive as scheduled. While I understand the courier may be at fault, the lack of support afterward has been the most frustrating part. The paint I ordered was non-returnable, but given the delivery issues, I expected a return or refund to be considered. Instead, I have an expensive product I don’t need and no solution. This has been very disappointing for a company known for its reliability.

Effortless process from start to finish

The process is simple from beginning to end. Great selection and pricing. Clear delivery instructions...they use a reliable courier, which I appreciate. I even received a free small brush this time—nice touch! Just a note: tins are always well packaged, but the instructions indicate one way up, while the label is on the side, leading couriers to assume that's the top.
