I’m quite disappointed with my overall experience. I ordered from this company due to their good reputation and promised next-day delivery, which I needed for my plans. Unfortunately, the item didn’t arrive as scheduled. While I understand the courier may be at fault, the lack of support afterward has been the most frustrating part. The paint I ordered was non-returnable, but given the delivery issues, I expected a return or refund to be considered. Instead, I have an expensive product I don’t need and no solution. This has been very disappointing for a company known for its reliability.
