I ordered a sweatshirt for my nephew that was supposed to arrive by Christmas, but instead, he received a completely different item. Customer service informed me that the sweatshirt was out of stock and offered only a future discount if it became available again. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of resolution for their mistake, especially so close to the holiday.
