I'm reaching out about my experience with an online store. Has anyone else faced problems with items being canceled without any communication from the seller? I've also had trouble getting refunds for items I never received. This year has been particularly frustrating, and I've received no replies to my emails. I've been a customer for several years, but this is the first time I've felt so disappointed with the online shopping experience. Did others encounter similar issues this year?

Many of the cards are positioned too low for customers to read while standing. You have to sit on the floor to see them, which is not easy for the elderly. Half of the cards are at knee level or below, creating a potential hazard.
I searched online for specific bags on sale but couldn't find the information I needed. I visited a local store with limited stock, and they told me to check the website again. I still can't find the dimensions of the small tote bags, despite spending two hours trying. This isn't the first time I've faced issues with the website, but it's definitely the last. I'm done.
The staff at this location are amazing. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered. The employees genuinely enjoy assisting customers, and this has been our experience every time we visit to buy special gifts. The clerk who helped us was kind and friendly. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this place for unique gifts for loved ones.
This is my go-to place for gifts. I'm grateful to have this store nearby. They have a beautiful selection and a very friendly and helpful staff. I know I can always count on them to help me find the perfect gift or card, and they are incredibly patient.
On November 16th, 2023, between 6:00 PM and 6:45 PM, the staff provided exceptional service. They were polite and efficient in helping me find a Thanksgiving card. I appreciate their help. I used to be a member for many years, but I'm not sure what happened with that. Please pass my compliments to the management.
I was denied a return because it was four days past the return window, even though the item was unused, had the ticket attached, and the receipt. When I inquired about returning without the receipt, the cashier said they could still track the purchase date. This is unacceptable customer service. I reached out to the customer service department, but there was no resolution. They've lost a customer over an $8.99 item.
I received a product from the seller that differed significantly in quality from what I purchased elsewhere. Additionally, my honest review about this issue was removed. It's disappointing that the seller does not ensure the authenticity of their products. Buyers should be cautious!
