I’ve been attempting to transfer my pension over to Moneybox for the past few months yet after numerous calls, form filling and emails it still hasn’t been done! Moneybox have said the delay isn’t their end, and if it doesn’t get resolved soon they will cancel the process and I’ll have to start over.
