Unfortunately, I received a tester that was clearly used or defective (broken atomizer), and customer service didn't believe me when I mentioned it was not full. A test showed it was about 30% empty, likely due to a defect or leakage. Good customer service would have offered a refund, but they insisted it was unused. Fortunately, they're providing a prepaid return label, but they declined my suggestion for a partial refund. It seems like they might be overwhelmed with complaints. I'll stick to other services for better customer support.
