I received my order 4 days sooner than estimated,came well packaged and protected with extra packing around the perfume box which I really appreciate. That extra care for the customer and product is seriously lacking for most other businesses. The perfume was also close to 35 bucks cheaper than anyone other companies. Thanks so much. Unfortunately, I received a tester that was clearly used or defective (broken atomizer), and customer service didn't believe me when I mentioned it was not full. A test showed it was about 30% empty, likely due to a defect or leakage. Good customer service would have offered a refund, but they insisted it was unused. Fortunately, they're providing a prepaid return label, but they declined my suggestion for a partial refund. It seems like they might be overwhelmed with complaints.
