I got bank notification that this company and also bestshoesvip.com had both removed $2 each from my account for a subscription that I didn't sign up to. I recieved emails from both so I had to set up a log in to go and find what it was, when I tried to cancel it say cannot in the first 24 hrs so I contacted them via live chat.Both companies which I believe are actually the same denied that I could have been signed up without me doing it. The shoe vip lady was extremely rude and just called me a liar basically. Both refused to refund me and said according to terms and conditions that I signed you don't get refunded back. But I didn't read terms and condition because I didn't sign up. they just kept repeating that it was impossible for it to happen.Don't know if they are a scam but if not they need to check their systems and they way they are recruiting customers, because today was just plain theft. yes it was only $4 from these two companies but those dollars soon add up if they do it to many people. Also how many will not notice and loose $2 dollars every month if unchecked.Be wary 14th AprilUpdate recieved an email and a phone call that basically said to have my account cancelled i need to leave a 4 or 5 star review..
